    Location: The project is located in Peru’s central sierra, in the department of Junín.

    Object: Concession for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the following: (i) a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of 80.700 m3/hour treating reused water, providing wastewater treatment through bacterial beds, (ii) lay-out of six (6) connectors; and (iii) four (4) wastewater pumping stations .

    Financial structure: Co-financed project.

    Value of the investment: Approximately US$ 90 million (without VAT).

    Term: To be defined.

    Title-holder of the concessioned activity: Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS).

    Status of process: The project is currently under formulation. According to the Strategic Plan and Portfolio 2020-2021, the declaration of interest is expected in the first half of 2021. The private initiative proposal of the project is online and can be found in Proinversión's website.
