    Purpose: The project consists of the construction, operation, maintenance and conservation of a center for the integral management of urban solid waste and special handling, for the metropolitan area of ​​Monterrey, Nuevo León, which seeks to increase the useful life of the current sanitary landfill to 30 years, in addition to taking advantage of the value of waste, to avoid as much as possible its final disposal in a sanitary landfill. It will be made up of 5 complementary processing centers.

    Investment value: MXN$1,139,800 approximately USD $56,990,000.

    Term: 22 years.

    Organization: Municipal Government.

    Current status: Pre investment.
