    Location: The project is located in the town of Piura, on Peru’s northern coast, in the department of Piura.

    Object: Design, financing, construction, equipping, operation of non-medical services and maintenance of a high complexity hospital in the town of Piura. Healthcare services will be provided by the Peruvian Health Service (EsSalud).

    Financial structure: Co-financed project.

    Value of the investment: Approximately US$ 150 million.

    Term: Twenty (20) years, including the investment stage.
