Area:Road infrastructureLocation: The project has as a sphere of influence of one (1) district of Callao and eleven (11) districts of Lima, five (5) in Northern Lima (San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos, Independencia, Comas, and San Juan de Lurigancho) and the other six (6) in Eastern Lima (Lurigancho, El Agustino, Santa Anita, Ate Vitarte, La Marina and San Luis).
Object: Concession in respect of a 33.2km-long highway to improve connections between the North and East of Lima, for its construction and operation.
Financial structure: Co-financed project.
Value of the investment: US$ 2.000 million (without VAT).
Term: Thirty (30) years.
Title-holder of the concessioned activity: Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) and the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima.
Status of process: The project is being structured and evaluated. According to the Strategic Plan and Portfolio 2020-2021, the project will be declared of interest in the second half of 2020. The project’s technical sheet is online and can be reviewed via the website of Proinversión.
