ICSID releases updates rule drafts
ICSID has published a second draft of its proposed amendments to the centre’s rules, including new provisions on third-party funding, arbitrator disqualifications and expedited proceedings.
LCIA releases 2018 caseload report
The London Court for International Arbitration (LCIA) has released its 2018 annual casework report, showing an increase in cases in the bank and finance sector as regards to 2017 be filed, under the institution’s rules.
