Stockholm Chamber of Commerce creates arbitration on-line platform
The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) has created an online platform providing access to parties and the tribunal to share case-related documents, such as communication with the SCC, procedural orders, submissions and exhibits in a simple and secure channel. The SCC is one of the first institutions to offer this service.
ICSID unveils third draft of Rules amendments
ICSID has published the third draft of proposed amendments to its procedural rules following consultation with states and the public over the past year – with further changes to provisions on transparency, security for costs and third-party funders.

- Partner Joe Tirado (London) attended the Ukrainian Bar Association´s Kiev International Arbitration Day conference in Kiev on 13 September 2019, as a member of the Organizing Committee. Joe was also a panellist on Arbitrations involving states and state entities in Latin America, organized by Hardwicke Chambers in London on 23 August 2019 and was a speaker on International Commercial Arbitration: Challenges and Viable Solutions and panellist on Future of Dispute Resolution at the Global Legal Forum in The Hague on 15-16 August 2019.
