Braulio Molina is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues, where he has pursued his entire professional career. He also practices in, and has extensive knowledge of, a broad spectrum of activities, including providing general employment law advice as well as advice on specific transactions (sale and purchase, due diligence reviews, business succession etc.) and matters (senior managers, litigation and pre-retirements).
Moreover, he provides ongoing employment law advice to large multinationals, adapting internal policies of all kinds to local legislation and formalizing the labor relationships of expatriates in accordance with the applicable employment law (national or foreign).
He is a permanent lecturer on the Master’s course on Employment Law Advice at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is a regular speaker at specialized forums such as IFAES, IIR, Foro Aranzadi and Fundación FIDE.
Braulio Molina is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and was actively involved in the presentation of the Lawyers’ Statute.
