Principal associate since 2012. He has extensive experience in providing legal advisory services, representing clients in legal proceedings, preparing legal reports and opinions and preparing pleadings and appeals in the administrative jurisdiction, as well as participating in negotiations on behalf of individuals and leading private companies in their respective sectors, as well as on behalf of the public authorities, public law entities and public sector companies at regional and local level. He has also provided advice in relation to the preparation of draft legislation and general administrative provisions, mainly in the areas of planning and zoning inspections and penalties and administrative reorganization. He also routinely advises the above individuals and entities on matters such as public procurement, infrastructure, regulated sectors, liability of the public authorities, condemnation, planning and zoning, transportation (land, ports, air), subsidies and administrative penalties. He was a lecturer at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has taught classes on the Environmental Master’s Degree at Instituto Pascual Madoz del Territorio, Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, on the Winter Courses (specialist postgraduate courses) at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, at Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública, and on Zoning Law at IVIMA.
