She is specialized in particularly complex and important collective matters, such as collective bargaining processes (collective labor agreements at industry and company level), restructuring and reorganization processes (collective layoffs, voluntary redundancy plans, temporary layoffs, material modification and standardization of working conditions, transfers, etc.).
