She provides labor law advice on corporate transactions such as mergers, spin-offs, contributions of lines of business, outsourcing, due diligence processes, etc.).
Clara also has extensive experience in equality matters and has provided advice on the preparation of various remuneration registers and equality plans, including pay audits.
