Fernando Pomposo is a senior associate in the Labor Department of Garrigues, where he carries out his professional activity. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining, strategic advice on aspects of human and labor resources to multinational and national companies, design and defense of company and sectoral collective agreements and resolution of labor disputes. In addition, among other areas, he usually participates in advising, from a labor point of view, in national and international corporate operations (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) and in all processes derived from them. Graduated in Law from the University of La Laguna.
