Laura García Gordo is a senior associate in the labor and employment law practice.

She specializes in providing recurring advice to domestic and international companies in different industries on such matters as employment relationships, protection and social security systems, occupational risk prevention, legal counsel in proceedings in the labor courts, etc.

She has extensive experience in assisting clients in numerous restructuring procedures, collective contractual terminations/reductions in working hours, employment contract suspensions, material modifications to working conditions, etc.

She also provides recurring advice to clients in labor law due diligence reviews in corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Laura García Gordo is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, of the Spanish German Jurists Association, as well as the labor lawyer association Employment Law Alliance (ELA).
