Leticia Valle is a senior associate of the Labor and Employment Law Department of Garrigues in Zaragoza, where she has spent her professional career since completing a dual degree in Law and Business Administration at Universidad de Zaragoza in 2014.

She also provides strategic advice on complex aspects of employment law and human resources to domestic and international companies in a wide range of economic sectors (including termination of employment contracts, temporary contracts, senior management, social security classification, single integrated enterprises, hiring, international assignment of workers, labor audits, collective bargaining, equality plans, occupational risk prevention, and internal policies and protocols). Leticia has participated in processes for workforce restructuring and outsourcing of services, as well as labor-related due diligence reviews.
