Experience
With more than sixteen years of experience, he has focused his practice on labor matters, including due diligence reviews, indvidual contracting, employment regulations and termination of labor relationships.
He also has broad experience in international and domestic transactions, M&A, financial and real estate transactions, as well as civil and commercial agreements.
He worked for the Mexican firm Romo Paillés, S.C., and for the firm Creel, García-Cuéllar Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. Miguel Ángel is coauthor, with Samuel García-Cuéllar, of the Mexican chapter of the book “International Commercial Arbitration in Latin America (and Spain). Legal framework and Court Precedents”. Madrid, 2009, Editorial La Ley, presented at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the International Bar Association.
Academic background
Graduated as a lawyer from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City.
He has also studies on tax law (Escuela Libre de Derecho).
