Ramón Cisneros is co-head of the Labor and Employment Law Department at the Zaragoza office.

He has extensive experience in matters relating to collective labor disputes, occupational risk prevention, immigration law, social security law, and labor and social security inspection proceedings, thanks to his role as an officer of the Labor and Social Security Inspectors Corp since 1986, as well as his positions as Director of the Ministry of Labor in Tarragona (1992-1996) and Head of the Provincial Labor Inspectorate in Huesca (1998-1999) and Zaragoza (2002-2006).

He joined Garrigues in 2006.

He provides recurring advice on collective bargaining, criminal indictments in occupational accidents, collective layoff procedures, senior executive matters and occupational risk plans, among others, in addition to acting for clients in court proceedings in the labor, criminal and judicial review jurisdictions in all kinds of labor law matters.

He is a mediator for the Aragón Mediation and Arbitration Services, and has mediated in numerous individual and collective disputes and strikes.

He has been a member of the Zaragoza Bar Association since 2006.

From 2002 to 2006 he has been an associate lecturer at the University of Zaragoza in the Labor Relations and Law Faculties, where he teaches various subjects.
