Sonia González Uceda is a Senior Associate of the Garrigues Department of Administrative Law, where she began and has pursued her career since 2012. She provides ongoing advice to individuals and private companies in all areas of administrative law (e.g. water-related matters, subsidies and public aid, financial liability, town planning, the environment) in both administrative and judicial review cases, especially in the area of public contracting. She also has extensive experience in advising companies in the public sector in relation to the above matters.

She has actively participated in issuing legal reports and in providing advice to private entities and the public sector in administrative and judicial review proceedings at all instances, mainly in connection with public sector contracting.

She has participated in due diligence reviews of waste treatment facilities, renewable energy production and hotels, and in town planning. She has also participated in due diligence reviews for the financing of works concessions and services contracts.
