Tatiana Moreno has been a senior associate in the Garrigues Labor Department since 2018, a firm she joined in 2011. In her professional activity, she has participated in highly complex litigation, including:
- Litigation related to the challenge of collective dismissals, corporate restructuring and substantial modifications of collective working conditions.
- Litigation regarding fundamental rights, such as processes in which the annulment of the dismissal for violation of rights is requested, in which the exercise of the rights of labor and family conciliation is claimed.
- Litigation related to situations of workplace harassment and sexual harassment and/or for reasons of sex.
It also provides ongoing advice on labor law, from an eminently business perspective, and regularly participates in collective negotiations, business restructuring and equality plans.
