Thomas Martin Dawes Vicuña is a principal associate in the Corporate Law and Commercial Contracts and Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the Santiago de Chile office. To date, he has concentrated his practice in commercial and corporate law, advising domestic and foreign companies from different sectors in the management of their businesses in corporate, commercial, civil, financial and real estate matters. He has recurrent participation and experience in corporate transactions and acquisitions, especially related to companies developing energy projects, and provides regulatory advice on compliance matters, focusing on the structuring and operation of corporate governance of companies.
