She has broad expertise in court proceedings, both in relation to labor/employment and administrative law, as well as in administrative disciplinary proceedings.

- Equality, diversity and compliance, advising companies on the implementation of equality plans, protocols against harassment and discrimination.
- Remuneration and hiring policies.
- International displacement.
- Occupational risk prevention and action plans for occupational accidents.
Verónica is specialized in the food, transport and textile industries, with extensive experience in the specific characteristics of these sectors.
She participates in restructuring transactions (adopting both individual and collective measures) and in comprehensive labor due diligence reviews.
