Portugal: The average construction value per square meter is maintained for 2024

This value of 532 euros applies to all urban properties whose Model 1 forms are delivered since 1 January 2024.
Ministerial Order no. 16/2024, of 23 January, was officially published, which maintains in 532,00 euros the average value of construction per square meter, for the purposes of article 39 of the Municipal Property Tax Code, to be in force in 2024.
This value remains similar to the average construction value per square meter approved for 2023 by Ministerial Order no. 7-A/2023, of 3 January.
