Martim Magalhães is a senior associate of the Tax Law Department of Garrigues.

He focuses his practice providing tax advice to national and international clients from different sectors and industries, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, other corporate and asset reorganization operations as well as real estate and financial projects. Additionally, Martim has extensive experience in providing regular tax advice to companies and individuals on direct and indirect taxation as well as tax compliance.

Before joining Garrigues in 2021, he worked in the law firm Telles where he started his professional career and completed the internship for admission to the Portuguese Bar Association.
