Directiva de transparencia retributiva: ¿qué podemos esperar de su transposición en España?

La Directiva (UE) 2023/970, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 10 de mayo de 2023, por la que se refuerza la aplicación del principio de igualdad de retribución entre hombres y mujeres por un mismo trabajo o un trabajo de igual valor a través de medidas de transparencia retributiva y mecanismos para su cumplimiento, está pendiente de transposición al derecho español.
En esta nueva sesión de los Diálogos de Garrigues Sostenible repasaremos los principios y medidas de transparencia retributiva de dicha directiva y analizaremos su posible impacto en la normativa española. Nos detendremos especialmente en la previsión de las nuevas obligaciones y los cambios en las actuales para valorar las actuaciones sobre las que hay que ir trabajando para el cumplimiento de la normativa que se apruebe en España.
