Carlos Rapallo returns as the partner in charge of Garrigues in Poland
Carlos Rapallo has been head of the firm’s Warsaw office before, between 2007 and 2012, and returns to the area once again to coordinate activities in central and Eastern Europe.
Garrigues has once again appointed Carlos Rapallo as the partner in charge of the Warsaw office. He replaces Pedro Saavedra, who has headed the office for the last five years.
Carlos Rapallo has been head of the firm’s Warsaw office before, between 2007 and 2012, and returns to the area once again to coordinate activities in central and Eastern Europe.
With a Degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, he also has a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad de Navarra.
Over the last few years, he has formed part of the business area of the Seville office and has been in charge of developing the Contracts and International Expansion area in Andalucía. He has coordinated the establishment of clients in the external markets of central and eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, etc.), investments in other European countries such as France, German or Italy, and projects in America (USA, Brazil or Mexico). He has also developed numerous national and international projects in the field of private law, working in various different sectors.
Carlos Rapallo is a speaker and lecturer at various training centers in Spain and Poland (EOI, Universidad Pablo Olavide de Sevilla, Centro Empresarial El Monte, Lazarski University of Warsaw). He has also lectured at numerous specialist courses and conferences on a range of international investment-related topics.
